Introducing National Pet Shop Day!
For over 100 years we have been working hard to support the pet trade, recognising the importance that pet shops and stores have within the communities in which they operate.
The First National Pet Shop Day is Happening on 13th July 2024!
Pet owners have been relying on the dedicated, one-to-one support provided by their local pet shop for generations, and we feel that this commitment to improving the wellbeing of the nation’s pets (and their owners) is something worth celebrating, and that’s why we’re proud to be launching the UK’s first annual National Pet Shop Day.
Pet product retailers of all sizes are encouraged to get involved. Whether you’re an independent shop, a larger chain store, or a garden centre with a dedicated pet department, you all play a vital role in caring for the nation’s pets, so let’s use this day to showcase your business and the services you offer.
So, on Saturday 13th July 2024, we are encouraging you to throw open your doors and invite pet owners to come in and discover more about the advice, products and services you offer.
